What you’ll be doing
- Lead the Asia business unit with full P&L ownership across China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Southeast Asia
- Drive commercial growth through strategic customer engagement and leadership of a distributed regional sales organisation
- Lead and develop a management team responsible for more than 300 employees across the region
- Represent the business externally with customers, industry organisations and regional stakeholders while shaping long-term market strategy
Experience required
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth and leading sales organisations within industrial, materials or technical manufacturing sectors
- Significant experience living and working in China, with deep understanding of the Asian business environment
- Strong leadership capability managing multi-country teams and complex regional structures
- Technical or commercial background within sectors such as polymers, automotive, industrial materials or consumer manufacturing
