What you’ll be doing
- Lead the North American business with full P&L responsibility for a $200M operation
- Drive commercial growth by strengthening strategic relationships with key customers across automotive and industrial sectors
- Lead and develop a regional organisation of more than 100 employees across manufacturing, commercial and technical teams
- Represent the business externally with customers, industry stakeholders and global leadership while shaping long-term regional strategy
Experience required
- Proven track record leading commercial growth and sales organisations within industrial manufacturing or advanced materials sectors
- Experience operating in sectors such as polymers, automotive, engineered materials or industrial manufacturing
- Strong leadership capability managing cross-functional teams including sales, technical and operational functions
- Strategic commercial mindset with the ability to lead complex regional businesses and drive measurable market growth
