Gemma recruits corporate finance, transaction advisory and technical advisory professionals into high-performing advisory and investment banking platforms in the UK and internationally.
Her work spans M&A and corporate finance, debt and capital advisory, restructuring and special situations, as well as transaction tax and financial reporting within deal-led environments.
She supports partner-led, investor-backed and bank-led platforms where hiring decisions directly influence origination, execution and long-term team value. She understands how structure, economics and progression differ across boutiques, professional services firms and investment banking teams. This perspective allows her to advise with clarity on team build-out, succession and market positioning.
Earlier in her career, Gemma recruited within legal, giving her a strong understanding of how lawyers and advisers work together on transactions and contentious situations.
Originally from Wales, Gemma holds a 2:1 in BA (Hons) in English and has made Manchester her home, where she is an avid Stockport County supporter.
