Klara is an experienced recruitment director with more than 16 years in the industry, including over 9 years dedicated to data, insights and information services markets.

She specialises in supporting organisations across food, nutrition and consumer product environments, working with leadership teams to hire talent that underpins growth, innovation, compliance and commercial performance.

 

Her experience spans ingredients, nutrition focused products and regulated manufacturing, alongside adjacent consumer and health related markets.

 

Klara recruits across the full value chain, including product development, R&D, quality and regulatory (HACCP and BRCGS), manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, marketing and commercial leadership.

 

She partners with clients on individual hires, retained mandates and full team builds, supporting hiring from entry level through to executive search.

Outside of work, Klara is highly disciplined and passionate about health and fitness, regularly taking part in high intensity events such as Hyrox and Tough Mudder.
