Klara is an experienced recruitment director with more than 16 years in the industry, leading our Health, Nutrition and Nutraceuticals team, specialising in executive and senior-level search across a global client base.

 

Her focus is on the ingredients and supplement manufacturing landscape, partnering with organisations that develop functional ingredients as well as those producing finished nutraceutical and consumer health products.

 

Working across Europe, North America, APAC and wider international markets, Klara supports clients in building high-performing teams across R&D, technical, operational and commercial functions.

 

She partners with clients on individual hires, retained mandates and full team builds, supporting hiring from entry level through to executive search.

 

Klara is known for her ability to understand both the scientific and commercial drivers within the sector, enabling her to deliver talent solutions that align with long-term growth.

 

Outside of work, Klara is highly disciplined and passionate about health and fitness, regularly taking part in high intensity events such as Hyrox and Tough Mudder.
