Klara is an experienced recruitment director with more than 16 years in the industry, including over 9 years dedicated to data, insights and information services markets.

She supports businesses ranging from global intelligence providers to high growth data and analytics firms, helping hire the talent that shapes research, analytics, content, product and commercial strategy. Her work also extends into adjacent data driven and insight led organisations where similar skill sets apply.

Klara recruits across a broad spectrum of roles, from analysts and researchers through to commercial leaders, product specialists and senior management. She stays close to how the sector is evolving, including the growing application of AI, cloud based platforms and the increasing demand for business intelligence across multiple industries.

Outside of work, Klara is highly disciplined and passionate about health and fitness, regularly taking part in high intensity events such as Hyrox and Tough Mudder.
