As the Internal Talent and Development Manager, Megan leads the development of people, performance and capability across Walker Lovell.
She leads internal hiring, training, learning and development across the company, ensuring consultants are supported with the skills, tools and resources required to perform at a high level as the business grows.
Megan plays a key role in driving continuous improvement, designing and refining processes that improve efficiency, consistency and ways of working across teams.
She works closely with leadership and consultants to embed best practice, support progression, while ensuring efficient use of systems and tools.
