As part of the founding family behind Walker Lovell, Rebecca is an experienced Recruitment Director with more than 18 years of experience across natural resources, materials and industrial markets.

She has a long track record of hiring across engineering, technical, operational and commercial functions, supporting clients ranging from mid tier producers through to global operators.

Her work spans mining, metals, minerals, agribusiness and chemicals, alongside adjacent processing, manufacturing and industrial value chains.

Rebecca has delivered senior appointments, executive searches and bulk recruitment projects, including hiring in remote and logistically complex regions.

Outside of work, Rebecca maintains a strong focus on health and fitness and has a keen interest in interior design, with a natural talent for creating elegant, well designed spaces of her own.
