What you’ll be doing
- Develop and formulate sweet flavor systems for beverage, confectionery, dairy and bakery applications
- Lead projects from concept through commercialization with direct customer interaction
- Match and recreate competitive or benchmark flavor profiles using analytical and sensory expertise
- Provide technical support to commercial teams while guiding technicians and junior staff
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience developing flavors for food and beverage applications
- Strong knowledge of aroma chemicals, essential oils and flavor raw materials
- Understanding of US flavor regulations and flavor manufacturing processes
- Open to newly qualified, time-served or seasoned flavor chemists, including Certified Flavor Chemists
