What you'll be doing

• Lead the overall financial strategy, governance and performance of the business while partnering with the executive leadership team.
• Drive financial transformation by developing scalable systems, processes and controls to support future growth.
• Oversee domestic and overseas finance operations, providing leadership across international teams.
• Ensure robust public company governance and compliance while supporting strategic business and capital market initiatives.

What you'll bring

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within an A-share listed company, with a strong understanding of listed company governance and capital market requirements.
• China CPA, ACCA or an equivalent recognised professional accounting qualification.
• Strong experience across both multinational corporations and domestic Chinese businesses within B2B manufacturing, ideally healthcare, nutrition and wellness, pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices, biotechnology or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success leading global finance teams, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering strategic financial leadership with a stable and progressive career history.
