You’ll be part of a collaborative Finance team supporting a respected professional services partnership, with varied exposure across core finance processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage transactional finance processes across cash receipts, supplier invoices, expenses and payments.

• Support bank reconciliations, investigating straightforward discrepancies and escalating more complex items.

• Assist with billing, WIP and debtor reporting while maintaining accurate financial records.

• Support client account administration and wider Finance requirements in line with internal procedures and regulatory obligations.

What You’ll Bring

• Bring a basic understanding of accounting principles and a clear interest in developing your finance knowledge.

• Ideally offer 3 years’ experience in a similar role covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and reconciliations.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisation and confidence working with financial records and routine deadlines.

• Bring solid MS Office skills, with Aderant and legal services experience advantageous but not essential.
