What you'll be doing

Negotiate and amend GMSLA documentation for a major financial institution

What you'll bring

4+ years' PQE in banking, finance or derivatives law

Proven experience negotiating GMSLA agreements

Strong understanding of securities lending and related documentation

Independent right to work in Singapore
