The reason for my contact is that our client - Hiab - is seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to interface between Marketing, Sales and the Factory, providing technical support and advice on the HIAB Crane product with the aim of developing and implementing user-oriented solutions.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities:
- analysis of the market and competition in cooperation with the sales department
- creation of business cases for future products or required product features
- creation of sales documents and communication materials for sales promotion
- support of the sales department with special offers and tenders
- implementation of sales training courses
- creation and maintenance of price documents
- definition of technical requirements for the development
- date monitoring of planned product extensions
- documentation and clarification of quality problems of the products
Education / Qualifications:
- Business Study with very good technical understanding, OR Technical Training or Study with very good commercial training
- Product Management knowledge
- Sales experience
- Industry knowledge
- Language: German and English - excellent written and oral communication skills
To succeed in this role, you will be a strong communicator and confident liaising with multiple tiers of professionals both internally (marketing, sales, service, corporate) and externally (dealer, end-user and partner). You will have a structured method of working and will be self-motivated and both goal and customer-oriented.
