What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead a team of mechanics and I&E electricians, setting clear expectations and building a positive, accountable maintenance culture.

• Prioritize mechanical and electrical maintenance, breakdown response and preventative work.

• Drive maintenance planning, SAP processes, repair records, parts management and continuous improvement across the operation.

• Partner with Production, Quarry Operations and site leadership to improve equipment performance.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 5 years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing, construction, mining, mineral processing or a comparable heavy industrial setting, including at least 3 years in a maintenance supervisor or lead role

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to assess problems and guide teams toward effective solutions.

• Experience with industrial equipment such as conveyors, bucket elevators and baghouses; kiln experience is beneficial but not essential.
