Global Land & Mining Rights Manager

Location: Belgium | Travel: Regular international

We are hiring for a newly created HQ role overseeing land holdings and mining rights across global operations. The position is responsible for turning controlled land into reportable reserves and ensuring alignment between regional acquisitions and long-term corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the global GIS platform for land tracking and decision-making.
• Review and challenge regional land acquisition proposals.
• Drive consistent system and tool usage across geographies.
• Support long-term resource security by professionalising land management processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in land or real estate management within mining or industrial minerals.
• Autonomous, structured, and able to operate with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with European land and permitting systems is an advantage.
• Prior leadership experience is beneficial but not required.
• No current direct reports, but potential to grow into a leadership role.
