All well on my side, hope it is likewise.
What I am looking for is not a senior leader position but more a hands on – a Weng Kee of NA being responsible of the largest market in world as well as Canada. Ideally located in Toronto where we have our marketing person, but Montreal could also work. If the perfect candidate, US is off course also an option.
Industry network and experience is a must.
It is a position with no one reporting to the person and it is 100% sales and business development. It is a very independent position and the person have lots of freedom to build own strategy and market approach within a given frame. But the person needs to be self driven, there is no one around to explain and show what to do.
