Plant Controller (Production Finance)

Graubünden, Switzerland (On-site) | Full-time

Walker Lovell is recruiting a Production Controller for an international manufacturing business in Switzerland.

Working closely with production and operations managers, you will provide the financial insight needed to manage costs, improve performance and support investment decisions.

The role

• Manage production costing, financial planning, forecasting and reporting.

• Analyse monthly results, investigate variances and recommend actions.

• Prepare annual budgets and longer-term financial plans.

• Evaluate investment proposals and carry out financial analyses.

• Reconcile internal transfer prices and develop controlling processes.

What you will bring

• Experience in finance or controlling within manufacturing, ideally in an international environment.

• A relevant qualification in finance, accounting, controlling or business administration.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly to operational colleagues.

• Confidence working with financial systems. SAP or S/4HANA experience would be an advantage.

• Excellent spoken and written German and English.
