What you'll be doing

  • Lead the performance of kilns, hydrators and bagging operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, asset reliability, quality, and cost optimisation.
  • Develop and monitor operational KPIs, translating performance data into actionable improvement plans.
  • Coach and develop a team of 30+ employees while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.

What you'll bring

  • Proven production leadership experience within the minerals, cement, or related heavy industrial sectors.
  • Strong track record managing safety, environmental compliance, operational performance, and budgets.
  • Experience leading and developing frontline and supervisory teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
