What You'll Be Doing

Lead industrial CAPEX projects valued between $1M and $25M, from feasibility and engineering design through construction, commissioning and handover.

Manage project budgets, schedules, contractors and engineering partners to deliver safe, high-quality projects.

Drive technical decision-making, risk management and project execution across greenfield, brownfield and plant optimisation investments.

Collaborate with operational teams, engineering specialists and senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Bring

3+ years of project management experience within heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, minerals, cement or construction.

Proven experience managing industrial CAPEX projects, including engineering, construction and commissioning.

Strong technical understanding of industrial plant equipment, engineering design and project cost control.

An engineering or relevant technical degree, or equivalent industry experience. PMP certification is advantageous.
