What You'll Be Doing

• Lead complex advisory work across PAYE, employment status, CIS, National Insurance, National Minimum Wage, benefits and compliance.

• Own key client relationships, including PAYE health checks, HMRC enquiries and payrolling benefits.

• Develop junior colleagues while managing workload, delivery, WIP and billing.

• Support growth through proposals, pitches, new opportunities and cross-service referrals.

What You'll Bring

• Strong UK employment tax experience, ideally ATT/CTA qualified or with equivalent technical expertise.

• Proven advisory knowledge across PAYE, benefits, CIS, National Minimum Wage and compliance.

• Experience dealing directly with HMRC enquiries alongside a strong understanding of payroll processes.

• Commercial judgement with the ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development.
