Sourcing must-haves
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, investment banking, M&A, and/or industrial/manufacturing environments
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, supply chain, engineering, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered
- Financial expertise, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and discounted cash flow modeling
- Strategic planning, business case development, market analysis, and financial valuation
- Cross-functional project leadership and influence without direct authority
- Executive-level presentation and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Ability to access office and industrial plant locations, including outdoor, high-temperature, noisy, and dusty environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
