What you’ll be doing
- Own the sales strategy across NL, BE, LUX and the Nordics
- Introduce and embed biostimulants and specialty fertilizers with new and existing clients
- Partner closely with R&D to translate customer insight into new product direction
- Play a key role in shaping commercial strategy at regional level
What you’ll bring
- Fluent Dutch and English (essential)
- Experience in specialty fertilizers, biostimulants or high-value crop inputs
- Strong technical credibility and ability to consult on sustainable solutions
- Self-driven and effective in building long-term relationships
