What you’ll be doing
• Manage or support a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements across multiple sectors
• Deliver administrations, liquidations and CVAs from planning through execution
• Produce robust financial analysis, including cash flow forecasting and recovery modelling
• Engage lenders, investors and legal advisers while contributing to business development initiatives
What you’ll bring
• Experience within corporate restructuring or insolvency in a professional services environment
• Strong understanding of UK insolvency legislation and processes
• Exposure to stakeholder negotiations and transaction processes
• CPI or CII qualified, with ACA, ACCA or JIEB obtained or in progress desirable
