What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day hydrate, shipping and kiln operations with a relentless focus on safety and efficiency
• Deliver consistent performance against key metrics across production, quality, and cost
• Guide and develop operational teams, promoting accountability and high engagement
• Collaborate with plant leadership to identify improvement opportunities and future capital projects

What You’ll Bring

• Proven supervisory/management experience in a pyro-process plant (lime, cement, or similar)
• Strong track record in heavy industry or minerals processing
• Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and drive performance outcomes
• Sound working knowledge of quality, safety and environmental procedures
