What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day hydrate, shipping and kiln operations with a relentless focus on safety and efficiency
- Deliver consistent performance against key metrics across production, quality, and cost
- Guide and develop operational teams, promoting accountability and high engagement
- Collaborate with plant leadership to identify improvement opportunities and future capital projects
What You’ll Bring
- Proven supervisory/management experience in a pyro-process plant (lime, cement, or similar)
- Strong track record in heavy industry or minerals processing

- Sound working knowledge of quality, safety and environmental procedures
