What you’ll be doing

  • Support deployment and integration of telecom intelligence platforms across IP networks, data centres, and cloud environments
  • Configure and validate systems interacting with network elements such as DPI, probes, and mediation platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues across Linux-based environments, analysing logs, traffic, and system behaviour
  • Contribute to testing, protocol analysis, and system validation using tools such as packet capture and monitoring utilities

What you’ll bring

  • Strong foundation in networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, and firewalls
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments with command-line proficiency
  • Understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, SIP, GTP, or Diameter (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
