What you’ll be doing
- Drive new business in the utility-scale and industrial BESS space, identifying and securing commercial opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with developers, EPCs, IPPs, and technology partners to expand market reach
- Structure and close complex deals in collaboration with engineering, legal, and finance teams
- Represent the company at key trade events while feeding market insights into commercial strategy
What you’ll bring
- Proven track record in business development within BESS, renewable energy, or related sectors
- Deep understanding of energy storage systems and components (PCS, EMS, fire suppression, etc.)
- Native-level German with fluent English
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and closing high-value contracts
