What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the district – ensuring accuracy, insight, and strategic alignment
- Partner with senior leadership to drive performance through analysis, KPIs, and data-led decisions
- Enhance internal controls, compliance and reporting processes – identifying and implementing best practices
- Mentor and develop a small, capable team – fostering a culture of accountability and growth
What You’ll Bring
- CPA or CMA with a strong foundation in GAAP
- 5+ years in finance or accounting, including 3+ years leading a team
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to analysis and improvement
- Industry experience in construction materials, manufacturing or similar environments
