What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive electrical reliability across major plant equipment and power distribution systems, improving uptime, safety and operational performance.

  • Lead equipment upgrades and engineering improvement projects, from targeted modifications to major technology enhancements.

  • Develop preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, using root cause analysis and reliability-centred maintenance to reduce equipment failures.

  • Identify and deliver efficiency improvements, optimising electrical infrastructure, utility consumption and long-term operating costs.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Ideally 10+ years' experience in electrical engineering, maintenance or reliability within an industrial manufacturing environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge of power distribution, electrical equipment, troubleshooting and reliability improvement methodologies.

  • Proven ability to influence maintenance, operations and engineering stakeholders while delivering safe, effective technical solutions.
