The Role

To lead the automation equipment technology initiatives, focusing on new machinery selection and installation to achieve 99% uptime across all six plants. This pivotal leadership position encompasses equipment selection, contract negotiation, project management, and collaboration with plant management to uphold our industry-leading position.


Your Mission

  • Oversee the specification of transformer manufacturing and automation equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and technological leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and technical leadership to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Manage the sourcing and procurement of cutting-edge equipment.
  • Lead installation, startup, training, and operation oversight to ensure safe and reliable operation.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • At least 20 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of success in equipment management within the manufacturing sector.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive teams towards operational excellence.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, with a keen eye on industry trends and technological innovations.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills, complemented by a detail-oriented approach.
