Senior Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE - On-site (5 days per week)
Reporting to: CEO & Leadership Team

What you'll be doing

  • Provide seamless executive support to the CEO, managing complex schedules, travel, communications and leadership priorities.

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Abu Dhabi office, overseeing facilities, suppliers, compliance activities and government administration.

  • Coordinate HR administration including onboarding, employee documentation, visas, medical insurance and people-related processes.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government entities, external partners and service providers to ensure efficient business operations.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role within Abu Dhabi.

  • A strong professional network and demonstrable understanding of conducting business within the UAE, including experience liaising with government authorities, external stakeholders and service providers.

  • Excellent written and verbal English with the confidence to represent senior leadership professionally.

  • Proven ability to manage confidential information, work autonomously and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
