We're partnering with a growing UK advisory firm seeking a talented professional to join its Financial Advisory team.
The firm is flexible on seniority, considering candidates from Assistant Manager through to Senior Manager level, depending on experience and technical capability.
Whether you're a strong Senior Associate ready to step up, an established Assistant Manager or Manager, or a more experienced advisory professional, this could be an excellent opportunity to broaden your expertise.
The Opportunity
You'll work across a varied portfolio of assignments, including:

Financial due diligence (FDD) and lender due diligence

Independent business reviews (IBRs)
-
Cash flow forecasting and advisory
-
Financial analysis and client-facing reporting
-
Exposure to restructuring-related assignments
The role is approximately 90% Financial Advisory and 10% restructuring, offering the chance to expand beyond traditional transaction-focused work.
Previous restructuring experience isn't required, and there are no individual business development targets.
What We're Looking For

Experience in Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, Deals or a closely related advisory discipline

Strong hands-on exposure to FDD, IBRs and/or cash flow advisory

Excellent financial analysis, Excel and report-writing skills

Confidence working directly with clients

Relevant professional qualifications, with flexibility around post-qualification experience
Candidates from purely audit or financial reporting backgrounds without relevant advisory experience are unlikely to be suitable.
