What you'll be doing

  • Take the lead on production and maintenance planning across rotary kiln operations, improving reliability, efficiency and plant performance

  • Turn your ideas into practical improvements that reduce downtime, optimise production and strengthen asset reliability

  • Drive capital improvement projects and shape maintenance strategies that deliver lasting operational value

  • Develop site teams, building a culture of safety, quality and pride in operational performance

 

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • 5+ years' experience with rotary kiln operations within a heavy industrial environment

  • Strong expertise in preventative maintenance, reliability engineering and continuous improvement

  • Proven project management and leadership experience within mining, minerals, cement, pulp and paper, or similar heavy process industries
