- Elevate maintenance planning standards to achieve 70%+ planned maintenance compliance
- Implement reliability-centred maintenance and condition-based strategies
- Develop structured technician training and competency frameworks
- Report directly to regional leadership with full responsibility for site maintenance performance
What You'll Bring
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership roles within mining environments
- Strong underground fleet and OEM equipment expertise
- Demonstrated ability to improve safety, uptime and maintenance cost per operating hour
