The Lowell site has transitioned from an outdated operation into a far more efficient, forward-looking facility - now seeking a leader to maintain and build on those gains through structured, proactive maintenance and defect elimination.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead maintenance strategy across fixed plant assets, driving reliability and reducing chronic failures

• Own a $2M+ maintenance budget with full accountability for cost control and SAP utilisation

• Champion defect elimination initiatives, targeting high-cost and high-frequency equipment issues

• Lead and develop a hands-on team of 5+ technicians, electrician and planner, setting clear direction and standards

What you’ll bring

• Proven maintenance leadership experience within mining or heavy materials processing environments

• Strong understanding of fixed plant equipment such as conveyors, crushers, and processing systems

• Working knowledge of 460/480V systems and basic PLC exposure

• Track record of improving reliability, cost control, and maintenance planning systems
