What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the scheduling and coordination of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Quarry Managers to align resources and timelines
• Drive weekly planning across purchasing, inventory, and contractor activities
• Generate and analyze reports on KPIs and maintenance performance
• Support the execution of repairs, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

What You’ll Bring

• Maintenance planning or scheduling experience in a heavy industrial or mining setting
• Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance processes (e.g., SAP or similar)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities
• Clear communicator, confident liaising across technical and finance teams
• Comfortable working in demanding environments (e.g., heat, noise, confined spaces)
