What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the site's Health & Safety, Process Safety Management (PSM) and security strategy, translating key risks into measurable priorities and improvement plans.

Develop a team of four direct reports while building safety ownership and accountability across operations, maintenance and site leadership.

Strengthen OSHA, PSM, DOT, emergency response and security programs, maintaining regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.

Drive continuous improvement through risk assessment, root cause investigations, audits, corrective actions and close involvement in plant and capital projects.
What You’ll Bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Risk Management or a related discipline, with 10+ years of Health & Safety experience in chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing or a related environment.

Proven Process Safety experience, including participation in Process Hazard Analysis, alongside strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and regulatory compliance.

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification, with previous safety leadership experience.

Strong Root Cause Analysis capability and the ability to influence operations, maintenance, engineering and leadership stakeholders.
