What you'll be doing

Shape short and long-term mine plans that improve production, make the most of reserves and support the operation's future.

Get hands-on with surveying, geological analysis and quality control, turning field data into practical mining decisions.

Monitor ground support, ventilation and mine conditions, using your technical judgement to help keep operations safe and productive.

Work alongside mine leadership to deliver technical projects and step into operational leadership when required, broadening your experience beyond engineering.
What you'll bring

A bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related engineering discipline.

1–3 years' experience in an underground mining environment. Relevant internships are also considered, so this could be your next step after university.

Experience with mine planning, surveying and CAD-based software, or the motivation and ability to learn quickly.

Strong analytical skills and the confidence to share ideas and work effectively with operational and technical teams.
