What You’ll Be Doing

Originate and lead mid-market M&A mandates (£2m–£5m EBITDA sweet spot)

Build sector coverage or expand into new areas aligned with the firm’s growth

Drive your own fee base with full P&L accountability and commission upside

Collaborate with high-calibre TS and debt advisory colleagues to deliver for clients
