Entrepreneurial scope. Full site ownership. Global career potential.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L responsibility for a lean, technically complex plant within a global industrial group. You’ll lead day-to-day operations with real autonomy - overseeing production, quality, maintenance, and safety, while also shaping CAPEX strategy and building team performance.

For the right candidate, it’s a rare opportunity to own your own site, drive cultural change, and step into a broader leadership path across a growing global business.

Why This Role?

  • Entrepreneurial Scope – Lead a strategically important site with full accountability
  • Lean Team, Big Influence – A small team means high visibility and real leadership impact
  • Strategic CAPEX – Shape and deliver long-term investment plans
  • Progression Built-In – This is a stepping-stone to larger leadership roles
  • Strong Package – Competitive base, relocation support, and long-term opportunity

Your Role

You’ll take full responsibility for the site’s performance — across operations, financials, safety, quality, and compliance. That includes managing plant and quarry activities, leading a multi-skilled team, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead safe, efficient day-to-day operations across the plant and quarry
  • Deliver against production, quality, maintenance, and cost KPIs
  • Manage budgets and capital investment plans
  • Build and mentor a strong team culture
  • Work closely with commercial and technical leadership to meet customer needs
  • Act as the site’s senior representative within the wider business

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10+ years in plant or operations leadership in mining, minerals, or heavy process industry
  • Strong financial understanding, with experience owning a P&L
  • Background in CAPEX planning and site-level investment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Chemical, Geology) or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and build teams in lean operational settings

Ready to Lead and Grow?

This is a unique opportunity to run your own site, shape performance, and progress fast within a global group. If you're up for the challenge, we’d love to speak confidentially.
