This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L responsibility for a lean, technically complex plant within a global industrial group. Your Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the site’s performance — across operations, financials, safety, quality, and compliance. That includes managing plant and quarry activities, leading a multi-skilled team, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead safe, efficient day-to-day operations across the plant and quarry
- Deliver against production, quality, maintenance, and cost KPIs
- Manage budgets and capital investment plans
- Build and mentor a strong team culture
- Work closely with commercial and technical leadership to meet customer needs
- Act as the site’s senior representative within the wider business
What You’ll Bring
- 7–10+ years in plant or operations leadership in mining, minerals, or heavy process industry
- Strong financial understanding, with experience owning a P&L
- Background in CAPEX planning and site-level investment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Chemical, Geology) or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and build teams in lean operational settings
