What you’ll be doing
- Drive optimization projects across multiple sites, improving efficiency, cost, and process stability
- Support commissioning and ramp-up of new kiln and process equipment
- Analyze plant performance data to identify trends and deliver actionable improvements
- Influence plant teams to implement process changes and operational best practice
What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in process engineering within cement, minerals or heavy industrial environments
- Strong operational exposure with the ability to translate plant data into improvements
- Experience contributing to projects or leading initiatives within plant environments
- Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders without direct authority
