What You'll Be Doing

• Drive process optimisation to improve plant stability, throughput, yield, energy efficiency and overall operational performance.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process losses, investigating root causes and implementing solutions that deliver measurable results.

• Develop and strengthen operating standards, using performance data, KPIs and technical expertise to improve plant reliability and consistency.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a junior Process Engineer, collaborating with production, maintenance and engineering teams to embed improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Proven process engineering experience within a heavy industrial, mineral processing or continuous manufacturing environment.

• A relevant engineering qualification, supported by practical experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement.

• Strong technical and analytical capabilities, including performance monitoring, root cause analysis and operational problem-solving.

• The ability to influence and develop others, with the confidence to mentor junior engineers and work effectively across operational teams.
