Reliability Engineer (Fixed Equipment)
Fly in, Fly out Rotation: 3 weeks on site / 3 weeks off site
Compensation: CAD 130,000-145,000 base DOE + 15% bonus + travel & allowances

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead reliability improvement projects from concept to commissioning
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies
  • Facilitate root cause analyses, recommend corrective actions and embed engineering solutions


What you’ll bring

  • Mechanical Engineering degree and 5–10 years’ reliability engineering experience with fixed equipment in mining, manufacturing, or other heavy industry
  • P.Eng designation in Canada (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote, multicultural culture

Travel to site must not rely on US border transit due to operational constraints.
