- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of industrial accounts across Texas
- Craft and execute tailored sales strategies that address unique regional and industry needs
- Build deep, consultative partnerships with customers to deliver solutions that enhance their operations
- Lead pricing and competitive positioning to secure and expand business
- Document and communicate value delivery, showcasing tangible improvements for customers
What you’ll bring:
- 7–10 years of industrial sales experience in sectors such as water, lime, chemicals, cement, or mining
- Strong track record managing multiple accounts with complex technical requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus)
- Sharp commercial acumen paired with excellent negotiation and relationship skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the state
