Sales Manager – Water Treatment

Location: Houston, TX (On-site)

Travel: ~50% across Texas

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of industrial accounts across Texas
  • Craft and execute tailored sales strategies that address unique regional and industry needs
  • Build deep, consultative partnerships with customers to deliver solutions that enhance their operations
  • Lead pricing and competitive positioning to secure and expand business
  • Document and communicate value delivery, showcasing tangible improvements for customers

What you’ll bring:

  • 7–10 years of industrial sales experience in sectors such as water, lime, chemicals, cement, or mining
  • Strong track record managing multiple accounts with complex technical requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus)
  • Sharp commercial acumen paired with excellent negotiation and relationship skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the state
