What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow territory revenue by retaining key accounts, expanding existing relationships and securing new customers.

• Improve profitability through effective pricing, commercial negotiations and proposals that demonstrate product value.

• Understand customer processes and applications, working with internal teams to deliver suitable products and resolve service issues.

• Develop territory plans and accurate sales forecasts, using market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Experience Needed

• Typically 5-10 years of relevant sales and account management experience within heavy industry, mining, cement, chemicals or raw materials.

• A track record of growing customer accounts, winning business and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Technical sales expertise, with the ability to explain product applications, customer value and the impact of production and transport costs.

• A technical degree or equivalent relevant experience is highly desirable, alongside willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
