Sales Manager - West Region

Location: Remote – Western US (Nevada, Arizona, Utah, or surrounding states)

Travel: Up to 70%

Compensation: Strong base + high-impact bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Grow the customer base across the Western US by securing new accounts and developing long-range sales plans
  • Maximize account profitability through value-based pricing, budget forecasting, and commercial analysis
  • Influence customer strategy by matching solutions to process needs, ensuring full value-in-use is understood
  • Represent the business in all commercial negotiations — acting as the face of the company in a wide territory

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in multi-account sales leadership within mining and materials or adjacent heavy industry sectors
  • Technical foundation from a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar (Master’s a plus)
  • Strong commercial instincts, with experience in value-based selling and margin growth
  • Ability to travel extensively and confidently lead conversations across all levels
