Lead the China growth agenda
Own the commercial strategy for a trusted global Tier 1 supplier. You will set the go to market plan, deepen executive relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s, and deliver revenue and margin growth across one of the most competitive automotive markets.

What you will do
- Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for China
- Build, coach and scale a high performing sales and marketing team
- Lead senior relationships with Japanese, European and domestic OEMs and Tier 1s
- Drive pipeline creation, key account planning and bid leadership
- Lead pricing, positioning, forecasting and performance management to lift margin
- Turn customer feedback and market data into actionable business decisions
- Track competitors and adjust plans to stay ahead
What you will bring
- 10+ years B2B sales within the automotive sector
- Proven track record leading commercial teams and delivering growth in China
- Strong experience with OEMs and Tier-1s in complex, technical sales cycles
- Fluent English and Mandarin
- Resilient, commercially confident leader with strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset
- Data-driven decision maker with sharp business judgement and the ability to influence at executive level
