What you’ll be doing

  • Manage accounts receivable and cash posting processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and anti-money laundering procedures
  • Oversee reconciliations across banking platforms and financial systems, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved quickly
  • Support billing operations and manage queries from internal practice groups across the business
  • Maintain accurate financial records while supporting property transaction processing and finance operations activities

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a finance administration or finance operations role
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
  • Advanced attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience within professional services environments is highly advantageous
