What you'll be doing

  • Lead maintenance planning, shutdown scheduling and asset management strategies across mobile and fixed plant operations.
  • Drive reliability-centred maintenance initiatives, root cause analysis and predictive maintenance programmes to improve availability and reduce downtime.
  • Optimise spare parts strategies, inventory performance and critical asset planning to support operational continuity.
  • Provide leadership to planning and administration teams while delivering KPI-driven performance improvements across multiple sites.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering and asset management within mining, quarrying, crushing, tunnelling or heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA, predictive maintenance techniques and shutdown planning.
  • Advanced CMMS expertise, with experience using platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Pronto or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, analyse performance data and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
