What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with Heads of Department and Fee Earners to drive profitability and strengthen commercial outcomes
• Own firm-wide management accounting, budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Deliver data-led insight through enhanced dashboards and performance reporting
• Provide oversight across compliance, tax, audit and core finance operations

What You’ll Bring

• Fully qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience in management accounting and financial analysis, including business partnering
• Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively
• Advanced Excel capability; experience with dashboarding tools, SQL or legal practice systems advantageous
