What You'll Be Doing

Lead complex advisory work across PAYE, employment status, CIS, National Insurance, National Minimum Wage, benefits and compliance.

Own key client relationships, including PAYE health checks, HMRC enquiries and payrolling benefits.

Develop junior colleagues while managing workload, delivery, WIP and billing.

Support growth through proposals, pitches, new opportunities and cross-service referrals.
What You'll Bring
-
Strong UK employment tax experience, ideally ATT/CTA qualified or with equivalent technical expertise.

Proven advisory knowledge across PAYE, benefits, CIS, National Minimum Wage and compliance.

Experience dealing directly with HMRC enquiries alongside a strong understanding of payroll processes.

Commercial judgement with the ability to build client relationships and contribute to business development.
