What You’ll Be Doing

Lead complex valuation engagements from inception to delivery, maintaining technical quality and trusted client relationships.

Deliver and review valuations across PPA, financial reporting, tax, commercial and forensic requirements.

Advise senior stakeholders, translating complex valuation analysis into clear, commercially relevant conclusions.

Develop junior colleagues while contributing to new business, thought leadership and the continued growth of the practice.
What You’ll Bring

Significant business valuation experience gained within professional services, either at Senior Manager level or as an established Manager ready to step up.

Strong PPA and financial reporting valuation experience alongside broader exposure to valuation engagements.

Technical expertise across DCF, multiples analysis, options and intangible asset valuations, with strong financial modelling capability.

A relevant professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or equivalent, combined with the commercial judgement to lead projects and client relationships.
