What you'll be doing
- Lead maintenance and repair activities across underground mining equipment, ensuring maximum fleet availability and reliability
- Drive preventative maintenance programmes, KPI performance, and CMMS compliance across workshop operations
- Supervise and develop technicians, providing technical leadership, coaching, and skills development
- Partner with operations, planning teams, and OEM representatives to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance
What you'll bring
- Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting underground mining fleets
- Strong knowledge of OEM equipment including Sandvik, Volvo, and similar manufacturers
- Proven capability using diagnostic tools, maintenance systems, and technical reporting platforms
